In collaboration with Martin de Boer, this building received a significant upgrade with BENG glass. The old single glazing (U=5.80) was replaced with vacuum glass with a U-value of 0.40. That significantly reduces heat loss and the energy bill. The authentic window frames could remain in place — so no demolition work, but much more comfort. Exactly as you want it.
