In collaboration with Van Dam Glas & Montage, the first two homes of this beautiful complex in Vogelenzang have been equipped with vacuum glass from BENGglas. The old double glazing (thermopane) has been replaced with glass that has a U-value of 0.40 — and you will notice the difference. Less heat loss, a more favorable energy label, and lower heating costs.

Comfort also gets a significant boost. BENGglas standardly dampens up to 36 dB of sound, and with the laminated variant, this increases to 39 dB. This means: more peace inside, without cold or drafts. And because the glass fits into the existing frames, you don't need to demolish or adjust anything. Quite convenient.

Together with Schildersbedrijf Donker, this house in Dwingeloo has been fitted with vacuum glass from BENGglas. This has replaced the old single glass with a U-value of 5.8 with glass that scores up to 0.40 on insulation — a significant step forward. Good for the energy label and for the wallet.

Thanks to the slim construction (8.3 mm), it fits effortlessly into existing frames. Extra wide glazing bars were chosen here, so the edges remain neatly out of sight. Sleek result, without compromising on performance.
