BENGglas achieves top-5 position at FD Gazellen 2025 (small category)
November 25, 2025 saw the 22nd edition of the FD Gazellen Awards, Het Financieel Dagblad's annual entrepreneurial awards for the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. Within the 'small' category, BENGglas achieved a spot in the top five. The ranking is based on three consecutive years of revenue growth, financial stability and profitability.
This is how the ranking came about
For the FD Gazellen, companies are evaluated per region and turnover class on three factors: turnover growth, increase in the number of employees and profit margin. Each component earns points, which together determine a company's position in the final list.
The weighting is clear:
- 50% revenue growth
- 25% employee growth
- 25% profit margin
In the event of an equal number of points, the strongest sales growth is the deciding factor.
Growing role within the sustainability market
The FD Gazellen Awards are considered an important indicator of stable and sustainable growth. Companies must achieve at least 20% revenue growth three years in a row to qualify. BENGglas's top five position shows that vacuum glass has developed strongly in recent years and that the demand for energy-efficient glass solutions is increasing.
