The existing poorly insulating single glass is replaced here by the best insulating glass in the world: BENGglas . The existing single glass has a U-value of 5.6. The vacuum glass that replaces this has a U-value of no less than 0.40. The lower the U-value, the better the insulation!

Due to the limited thickness of the BENGglas (8.3 mm), this glass can easily be mounted in the existing window frames. This not only preserves the authentic appearance of the building, but also saves on replacing the window frames.
