The poorly insulating single glass, with an insulation value of 5.8, has been replaced here by vacuum glass of the BENGglas . This variant has a U-value of 0.40. This makes a significant leap in the insulation of the home.

The vacuum glass is only 8.3 mm thick and therefore fits into existing window frames. Not only does this save on replacing the window frames, but the authentic appearance also remains unchanged.
