The entire house is fitted with vacuum insulating glass. Vacuum insulating glass has several advantages over traditional insulating glass. For example, it insulates 2x better than triple glass and no less than 3x better than HR++ glass. In addition, it is very thin (from 8.3 mm) so that it almost always fits in the existing frames. The glass also has an expected lifespan of 50 years!

This apartment is located on a busy street. As a result, the vacuum glass offers extra living comfort due to optimal sound insulation. In the normal variant, vacuum insulating glass already offers a sound insulation of 36 dB. With the layered vacuum glass variant, this attenuation increases to no less than 39 dB.
