Maximum insulation with ultra-thin profile

BENGglas offers the best heat and sound insulation on the market, despite the ultra-thin profile of only 8.3 mm. The absence of noble gases and other gases prevents heat transition from inside to outside. Only the microscopic spacers, typical of vacuum glass, facilitate this transfer. These are essential to ensure that the glass plates do not implode during the vacuum process. They also keep the vacuum intact for at least 25 years.

Distinctive from other brands, the BENGglas type has 7 x fewer spacers. This enables BENGglas to deliver unparalleled insulation performance that far exceeds triple glass, HR++ glass and other brands of vacuum glass.

The best insulation value on the market: stable for more than 25 years

BENGglas differs from traditional insulating glass because it maintains a stable insulation value for at least 25 years. This is made possible by advanced edge technology that keeps the vacuum perfectly intact. Unlike other types of insulating glass, where micro cracks can appear in the edges and the insulation value can decrease, BENG glass guarantees long-term efficiency.

BENGglas and BENGglas MAX

Type BENGglas and BENGglas MAX share similarities, but differ in two crucial areas: dimensions and vacuum technology.

In contrast to its successor, BENGglas MAX , type BENGglas is available for windows larger than 800 x 1,700 mm*. Another essential difference is that Type BENGglas has a vacuum cap and absorption point, while BENGglas MAX only has an absorption strip.

The vacuum cap removes air between the two panes of glass, while the absorption point eliminates moisture to maintain the vacuum. With type BENGglas, these components may partially protrude above the window slat, depending on the rebate height. The number of vacuum caps will increase depending on the size of the panel. technical drawing thoroughly before purchasing.

*From 2024, BENGglas MAX be available in dimensions up to 2,440 x 4,200 mm, and the BENGglas type will no longer be available. This makes BENGglas MAX the preferred choice for future glass insulation needs.
